Rosie Goh

On this post, you will find a photo of Rosie Goh. Not many people who come to this blog will know who she is.

Actually, she was immensely popular in days of yore. However, people who fell in love with her and would be interested to know how she is doing do not usually read blogs, have an account in facebook nor do they follow the exciting life of Frances Yip, who went to Cameron Highlands recently. Frances can show you proof that she went there by showing you 476 photos taken.

Rosie Goh was my sort of official photograher when I got married in 19... . At that time, she was one of the two girls manning our showroom then in Wisma MPI along Jln Raja Chulan. Used to be our meeting place after work before we scoot off for dinner in Imbi Square and then off to Red Rooster in Medan Tuanku Abdul Rahman for a couple of drinks to get high. I can't remember if we too experimented with 'joints' as well.

Active participants then include William Augustin, Jimmy Choong, Farouk Sultan, Rosie Goh, Linda Ang and Melinda from Rolex next door.

"Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts as we forgive our .... "

So, towards the end of last week, Rosie Goh, Shereen Phua, KC Han and myself met up with God, Liew Sip Chon. Being not so easily satiated this lot, we asked for more than our daily bread. Hence we went to The Bavarian Bierhaus, a German pub plus eatery at The Curve.

We fed our faces with the soups, Caesar's (?) salad, pasta, pork knuckles, and the famed german sausages. Some of us had the dark German beer as well. (forgot the brand name.) Excellent.

If you have been coming here to visit at least occassionally, you would recognise Shereen Phua, the one with a Singapore land size project in Chengdu, China. Also KC Han and of course everybody knows God.

The other one would be Rosie Goh.

Hi Kennhyn, thanks for dropping by. The dark beer was Paulaner. I have no favourite beer, just that I prefer carlberq to anchor and I prefer a dark beer to a light one. I think Kelkenny is grear.

Are you a CanonMalaysian?
