As you know, I was rooting for Roger Federer.
I saw this poster from the fans yesterday. "Grand Slam No. 14, Roger that".
Alas, that was not to happen. Rafael Nadal came along to poop the party. No celebrations, no booze, no parties for me for at least 24 hours.
Nadal was like the waves. He keeps coming and coming and coming relentlessly. If he were to be in a street fight, he will climb out of the drain with a broken arm and a bleeding head to charge at you again.
If this was in the 16th century, Rafael Nadal will lead the Spanish Armada into the Seven Seas to dominate the World.
Damn!
