Fadilah is a very strong lady. Not that she can challenge the Chinese ladies in the recent Olympics, but she is so resourceful. You can say she is currently the Head of her family. Her father passed on not too long ago and she takes care of her mother, sister and brother financially and in other aspects as well.
Well, I begin to know her when she joined my team in Canon in the nineties as a Customer Relations Officer and then later in sales on supplies. After when I left, she too joined me in Stone-Mashe doing sales. She left after a few years. She has set sales records still unbroken today. She is one of the most self-motivated person I know.
She is on her own now and we continue to be in touch as Stone-Mashe is currently one of her suppliers.
She is a Cantonese speaking Muslim with a Chinese Malaysian mother and a Muslim Eurasian Malaysian father. Of course she speaks English and Malay fluently.
Her peers earlier include Ann, Malani, Gwendolyn, Pauline, Serena, Vivien, Tricia, Jackie Leow etc.
