Ralph Tay's Big Five-O

Now I know Ralph Tay is one year younger than Andrew Kong. Andrew's Big Five-O was a month ago or so. Read here for fun and pictures.

The wife Shereen Phua threw a party for him in Bavarian, The Curve last Monday. You will remember Shereen, a CanonMalaysian. I wrote about her some time ago. You know, the one developing a big chunk of land in Chengdu, China.

Ralph Tay was our previous System Analyst in Canon before he went over to Hewlett-Packard as a Country Manager. Possibly the same position that today Yan Yoke Ping holds. (or Danny Lee.)

Today he owns and runs One-TechnoNiche, a distributor for Samsung products. An extremely productive guy. Together with Shereen, they produced four sons.

These two Ralph and Shereen were the ones caught by one of our Canon guards talking late into the night in the office when everybody has gone home. "What is there so much to talk about ahr?". My guess is they were practising being newly married.

The people who went to this bash were quite a number of Ralph's friends and the usual CanonMalaysians suspects. KC Han + husband, Rosie Goh + husband, and the tenacious bachelor Joe Wong. Ah yes, Rosie's daughter as well.

So, what is Joe doing. He said everything besides being a hooker. Understandable. My bet is that it would be difficult for him to generate any income as a hooker.

Once again, the German dark beer Paulaner was damned good.

Rosie's husband is Arthur Ang and KC Han's Kevin.
